Brink Brewing Co hits a major milestone this February 19th, celebrating one year in business. Brink has grown from a family dream to a thriving brewery who is known for selling out of beer their opening weekend. Since last February, Brink has served over 70,000 pints, and is producing National award-winning beer, including the Great American Beer Festival gold medal winning Hold the Reins English Mild. Brink has gotten the attention of many during their first year, making the lists of “6 Cincinnati Breweries You Shouldn’t Overlook” by Cincinnati Refined and “These 9 New Bars and Breweries Won our Hearts in 2017” by WCPO.com. “This first year has been filled with ups and downs, but we are so proud of what we have been able to accomplish thus far, and we’re just getting started,” says John McGarry, Founder.
To celebrate their first anniversary, the brewery will be hosting a weekend long celebration party that kicks off on February 16th, 2018 at 3pm and continues through to Sunday, February 18th at 9pm. The weekend celebration will include special beer releases, a variety of food trucks, and free live music.
“On top of our normal line up, we’ll be releasing twenty-five one-off beers over the weekend to showcase our small batch nature,” Says Kelly Montgomery, Head Brewer and Founder. One to Grow On a double IPA, made to celebrate the year will be available for the first time. In addition, Brink Barrel-Aged Anniversary Blend will be released.
